Made with 100% polyester, scent-free tiny mineral beads for weight and a burlap grain nag. We can ensure you that our highland cow stuffed animal is safe for everyone.

Highland cow stuffed animal returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. Please note that stuffed animals are expected to be returned in new condition. Please be considerate that these stuffed animals cannot be resold once used and we never want to create waste.

To Wash: Hand wash only with a damp cloth. Ensure all moisture is gone before attempting to heat once again.

To Heat (Only applicable with the weighted version): Ensure microwave is fully clean. Remove heating pack from stuffed animal. Do not heat the stuffed animal itself. Heat up to 90 seconds, in 30 second intervals and shake heating pack in between. If there are wet spots they can cause hot spots and burns just like any other heating pad, please be cautious of this. Only heat when the heating pack is at room temperature.

Disclaimer: Improper heating of SnugglePals may have risk of burns. Please ensure the heating is fully clean, dry, at room temperature and that you have a fully clean microwave free of residue and moisture. Absolutely do not, under any circumstances attempt to heat the stuffed animal itself, this contains metal and will be dangerous in the microwave.

To Cool (Only applicable with the weighted version): Place heating pack to cool in a freezer for 2-3 hours. Please note that the heating pack must reach room temperature again before heating.
