Highland cow stuffed animal returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. Please note that stuffed animals are expected to be returned in new condition. Please be considerate that these stuffed animals cannot be resold once used and we never want to create waste.

To Wash: Hand wash only with a damp cloth. Ensure all moisture is gone before attempting to heat once again.

To Heat (Only applicable with the weighted version): Ensure microwave is fully clean. Remove the turntable within the microwave, ensure the stuffed animal is not pressed up against the sides and lie it on it's back. Heat up to 90 seconds, in 30 second intervals. Always ensure the stuffed animal is fully clean and dry prior to placing into the microwave. If there are wet spots they can cause hot spots and burns just like any other heating pad, please be cautious of this. Only heat when the stuffed animal is at room temperature.

Sizing: Please note that the Jumbo size is made to be heated in large, in wall microwaves that can fit a 16" animal, the minis are made to fit in most all microwaves (12" size) and the Giants are not made to be heated due to the extremely large size.

Disclaimer: Improper heating of SnugglePals may have risk of burns. Please ensure the stuffed animal is fully clean, dry, at room temperature and that you have a fully clean microwave free of residue and moisture.

To Cool (Only applicable with the weighted version): Place in a bag of some kind, such as the burlap bag, and cool in a freezer for 2-3 hours. Please note that the stuffed animal must reach room temperature again before heating.
