At SnugglePals, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. The following policy explains how shipping methods, timelines, and responsibilities are handled.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page (such as pre-orders).

Processing time does not include transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carrier Selection
At checkout, customers select a shipping speed, not a guaranteed carrier.
SnugglePals reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and service that best matches or exceeds the selected delivery speed based on:

Package size and weight

Carrier performance

Cost efficiency
This may include (but is not limited to):

UPS

USPS (including Ground Saver)

FedEx

Other regional or national carriers
In some cases, we may substitute a carrier or service if it delivers in the same timeframe or faster than the option selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping speed.

If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid at checkout, SnugglePals may select an alternative carrier or service that still meets a reasonable delivery speed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Transit times begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, peak shipping seasons, or address issues.
Carrier Delays & Liability
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, SnugglePals is not responsible for delays, missed delivery estimates, or service disruptions caused by the carrier, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Operational or logistical delays

Labor shortages

Peak shipping volume

Customs or inspection delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Shipping fees are non-refundable for carrier-related delays once the order has shipped.
Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

We do not automatically split shipments unless explicitly noted.

Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are listed on the product page and are subject to change.
Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.

SnugglePals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.
