Highland cow stuffed animal returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please note that stuffed animals are expected to be returned in new condition. Please be considerate that these stuffed animals cannot be resold once used and we never want to create waste.

To Wash: Hand wash only with a damp cloth. Ensure all moisture is gone before attempting to heat once again.

To Heat: Heating is not recommended with this giant size highland cow. If you'd like to heat, please choose a classic or mini size.

To Cool (Only applicable with the weighted version): Place in a bag of some kind, such as the burlap bag, and cool in a freezer for 2-3 hours. Please note that the stuffed animal must reach room temperature again before heating.
